Campus technology

Information Technology Services (ITS) partners with members of the RISD community to power creativity by contributing valuable technical services and solutions. As a student you'll use various information technologies on campus to support email, file storage, printing and much more.

ITS Service Desk

RISD’s ITS Service Desk is the community’s first point of contact to request or inquire about information technology services and support. The Service Desk provides responsive technical support to the RISD community.
